• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• The same person, IP address, or device cannot claim a bonus more than once.

• If any condition is violated while claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

• Any attempt to manipulate or hack game outcomes will result in immediate account closure.
• Winnings credited due to a technical error will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may also close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining will be returned after verification.
